# Capital Levy: The Capital Levy is required to meet the costs of the Capital Program and to service capital loans. It is charged on a per family basis. As the Capital Levy is a compulsory fee charge, Capital Levy payments made are therefore not tax deductible.
EARLY PAYMENT DISCOUNT
If the entire School Fee Account for the year is paid by 28/2/2025* there will be a 5% discount on the Tuition Fee charge only.
Dear Parent/Guardian,
The annual Fees and Levies are billed over the four terms and accordingly, a Statement of Fees and Levies will be sent each term to your email address with settlement required by the due date, generally within 14 days of Statement issue. Fees and levies may be paid in full by the due date each term via BPAY (these details are in the bottom section of your Statement).
Alternatively, instalment arrangements can be established with funds settled through your bank account.
Facts Tuition Management.
FACTS is accessed via the Parent Portal - left hand side. Our preference is to spread payments over the period February to November with 10 monthly instalments, 20 fortnightly instalments, 40 weekly instalments.
THE FACTS TUITION MANAGEMENT PLAN IS TO BE SET UP EACH YEAR, as many changes can occur from year-to-year e.g.: change of bank details, change of date, change of frequency you prefer the payments to occur to coincide with your pay day etc. If you were on a plan in 2024, you will need to complete a new arrangement.
